What exactly is a media kit? We’re going to discuss how to approach a crafty media kit – from the information you need to detail on collateral to swag to presentation ideas. You’ll likely want to read up on the topic before just jumping in, and we have two articles posted on this site to read in preparation for the chat: Creating a Media Kit – Research and then Creating a Media Kit – Making It. I recommend reading both of these and then coming to the chat with questions.
Join us for Monday’s #crafterminds chat as we discuss what your media kit should look like.
- We highly recommend TweetChat as the easiest way to take part in the chat. Go to this link, sign into Twitter, and you will be able to follow the chat all in one place (and TweetChat puts the hashtag in for you, too!)
- #crafterminds Twitter Chat. Chat room link here.
- Monday, May 2nd at 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern
- Moderator: Amy @modpodgerocks as @crafterminds
- Hashtag: #crafterminds
We really want you to join us for the conversation, but if you can’t make it, we will post a transcript here at Crafterminds later on Monday or Tuesday.
